Advertising Self-Regulation

Andrea C. Levine, Director and Vice President of National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus, and Terri J. Seligman, Partner at Loeb & Loeb LLP will present the program on advertising self-regulation.  They will discuss how NAD is an effective mechanism of ADR for companies faced with false advertising disputes and offer insight on actual experiences of practitioners who have used the NAD forum.
