For anyone who advises clients about marketing practices, this program will provide timely update, covering topics such as legal developments and litigation in the areas of product placement, sponsorships, branded entertainment, Screen Actors Guild issues, public relations, mobile marketing, consumer privacy, and promotions, contests, and gambling. The program will also include an update on Federal Trade Commission enforcement priorities.
