Loeb's Culture

Paul Severin, Co-Chair, Finance, discusses Loeb’s culture and how the firm continues to prioritize and preserve it. “We are a flexible firm,” Paul says. “What I mean by that is that we allow people to tailor their own practices in a way that fits within the larger confines of the firm, but allows them to individualize their practices, enhance their success and ultimately provide the best service to our clients.”

To keep the firm’s culture moving forward and progressing, Paul notes that the firm is investing in the next generation of lawyers. Paul says, “We have some incredible younger partners, associates and counsel who are moving up and becoming more senior in their careers. I think continuing to emphasize them, nurture them and put them in a position to succeed will continue to keep the culture we’ve had for years to come.”
