Loeb & Loeb Guides Oprah in $43M Weight Watchers Deal

Loeb & Loeb’s Marc Chamlin and Lloyd Rothenberg are named as lead partners acting on behalf of Oprah Winfrey in connection with Ms. Winfrey’s recently announced partnership with Weight Watchers, whereby Ms. Winfrey is purchasing a 10 percent equity stake in the company and she is joining the Weight Watchers board of directors where she will advise in the development and execution of new program initiatives.
