Loeb & Loeb Names Two Attorneys to Partnership

Loeb & Loeb LLP has added two lawyers to the firm’s partnership. Nathan Hole and Seth Rose in the firm’s Chicago office have been promoted to partner.

“Each of these attorneys has demonstrated leadership and excellence in their practice areas, while making significant contributions to our clients and to the success of the firm,” said Loeb & Loeb Chairman Michael Beck. “We are pleased to welcome them into the firm’s partnership.”

The following is brief biographical information about each of the firm’s new partners:

Nathan Hole counsels clients with respect to their emerging media and technology-related activities, including issues related to online and digital marketing and assets, privacy issues, social media, mobile apps, mobile and digital commerce and payments, as well as intellectual property, sponsorship, and entertainment-related programs and agreements. In addition, Mr. Hole advises clients on promotional and advertising activities, including sweepstakes, new product initiatives, loyalty and gift card programs, and related issues. He also handles a wide range of online brand protection matters and has significant experience representing clients in domain name and intellectual property disputes. Mr. Hole received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A., cum laude, from Tulane University.

Seth Rose counsels clients on programs and initiatives in the areas of advertising, marketing, promotions, media, sponsorships, entertainment, social media, intellectual property and privacy. Mr. Rose handles all aspects of drafting and negotiating agreements related to these fields, as well as agency services agreements, vendor services contracts, and other intellectual property, emerging media and technology-related agreements. He also advises clients on trademark matters, from search and clearance to prosecution, and has handled trademark oppositions and cancellations at the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. Mr. Rose received his J.D. with honors from Moritz College of Law at Ohio State University and his B.A. from the University of Virginia.
