Loeb & Loeb Trust and Estate Litigation partners David Nelson and Andy Garb successfully represented the trustees of a trust that controls one of the largest privately-owned media companies in the world. The trustees are also directors of the corporation.

Mr. Nelson and Mr. Garb were able to fend off challenges to the dividend-setting policies of the media company on the grounds that to do so would constitute a violation of the trust's no-contest clause.
