Loeb & Loeb Represents Transunion in Acquistion of Trustev

Loeb & Loeb LLP represented TransUnion, a global leader in information and risk management, in the acquisition of Trustev, a global provider of digital verification technology. The purchase price was approximately $21 million at closing; an additional $23 million is contingent on Trustev achieving specified revenue, retention and EBITDA targets through 2018. Prior to the acquisition, TransUnion invested in and collaborated with Trustev on anti-fraud solutions.
