- Represented a television and motion picture studio in a contract dispute concerning the broadcast of a major boxing match;
- Helped co-founder of automotive telematic firm recover control of business and its assets from rogue co-founders;
- Defended timber and veneer mill company in mass-tort litigation arising out of the company’s alleged responsibility for a 2022 fire in Northern California that burned the surrounding community, including conducting an internal investigation, defending a criminal investigation, administering an emergency relief fund and negotiating favorable out-of-court workouts;
- Conducted internal investigation of highly publicized allegations of misconduct including financial and accounting fraud on behalf of special committee of corporate board undertaking de-SPAC transaction;
- Conducted internal investigation of highly publicized allegations of wrongful termination and unlawful discrimination at prominent private school in Los Angeles;
- Defended a Fortune 500 consumer products company against allegations of false and deceptive pricing practices and secured favorable, out-of-court resolution; and
- Conducted due diligence in support of client’s acquisition of foreign civilian and military avionics engineering company.
