Jessica Davis Mills is a trusted advisor to high net worth individuals and families, with significant experience in estate and gift tax planning, non-tax aspects of estate planning and estate administration. She counsels clients at every life stage—from young founders and corporate executives to established multigenerational families—to develop personalized, tax-efficient structures that align with their goals.
Jessica has extensive experience structuring complex gift transactions, including the use of irrevocable trusts and charitable planning tools. She advises venture capitalists, business owners and executives on wealth transfer strategies, particularly with privately held company or fund interests and transfer restrictions on both private and public company stock, collaborating closely with company or fund counsel, financial advisors and accountants.
Jessica also works with family offices to implement multigenerational planning structures, develop governance frameworks and coordinate philanthropic efforts that reflect family values and long-term legacy goals.
As part of her practice, Jessica provides counsel on the formation of family limited partnerships, limited liability companies and tax-exempt organizations.
In addition to her estate planning practice, Jessica serves as the San Francisco chair of Loeb & Loeb’s Women’s LEAD Network.
