Loeb Represents J-Star Holding Co. in $5 Million Initial Public Offering

Loeb & Loeb represented J-Star Holding Co., Ltd., a Taiwan-based provider of innovative carbon fiber and composite solutions, in its initial public offering of 1,250,000 ordinary shares at a price of $4.00 per share, for total gross proceeds of approximately $5 million before underwriting discounts and offering expenses.

The ordinary shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the ticker symbol “YMAT” on July 30, 2025, and closed on July 31, 2025. 

The Loeb team was led by Lawrence Venick, managing partner of the firm’s Hong Kong and Beijing offices, and included Capital Markets senior counsel Ted Paraskevas and associates Michael Tsang and Rongwei Xie.
