Sale of Majority Interest in Jupiter Entertainment

Represented Jupiter Entertainment, a U.S.-based reality television production company, in the sale of a majority interest in the company to Sky Broadcasting, the largest pay-TV broadcaster in Europe. Jupiter Entertainment’s work has included reality shows for a number of major U.S. networks, including TLC, Animal Planet, Oxygen, Discovery Channel, A&E, and History Channel.
