Represent Canoe Ventures, LLC, a collaborative effort by a number of the largest cable companies to build a national service that can distribute targeted advertising through a joint platform. We provide counsel to Canoe on a variety of issues including regulatory compliance, privacy safeguards, promotional strategies, exploitation and protection of IP assets, and technology agreements in connection with the launch of this dynamic and interactive service.
