Overview

Priscilla Wong is an accomplished dispute resolution specialist who maintains a diverse practice. She represents clients in litigation and arbitration cases. Her practice areas include breach of contract, shareholders' dispute, business tort, commercial fraud, regulatory investigation and general commercial dispute. She also advises clients regarding various non-contentious matters, such as risk management strategies and contract negotiations. She is also an accredited mediator and a civil celebrant of marriages. 

In her role as legal advisor, Priscilla represents and advises corporations and individual clients from a variety of industries, including insurance, hospitality, construction, entertainment, financial services and real estate. She is regarded as a responsive and intelligent lawyer, who could always think from clients’ perspectives and provide practical and sensible solutions.

Priscilla has authored numerous articles and spoken on a variety of legal topics to professional groups, corporations, students and the general public. She is a frequent speaker for SME and Startup forums. To promote legal exchange, she has served as organizing committee members in important conferences across jurisdictions and professions.

Committed to pro bono services, Priscilla is particularly active in youth at risk services and gifted education. She has been collaborating closely with the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, the city’s largest youth service organization, to provide youth support for years. Being a gifted student in the past herself, Priscilla is also devoted in gifted education development and is a repeated speaker for the talks organized by the Program for the Gifted & Talented of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. She also gives free legal advice to the general public from time to time through the Duty Lawyer Scheme.
