Keien Williams focuses his practice on intellectual property matters in the advertising, marketing, sports and entertainment industries. Keien’s experience includes advising clients on potential contractual, trademark and copyright legal risks and issues, and recommending practical and efficient solutions. He has significant experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements relating to trademark licensing, copyright licensing, event production, talent agreements, representation agreements, consumer products, services agreements, endorsements, appearances, sponsorships, and joint ventures.
Prior to joining private practice, Keien served as an associate counsel at one of Fortune’s 25 Most Important Private Companies and held various internships with the Washington Redskins, Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts. Outside of work, Keien dedicates his time to organizations that serve at-risk communities.
