Stephanie Weiss focuses her practice on marketing, promotions, advertising, trademark, copyright and other intellectual property matters. Her clients span a broad range of industries, including retail, consumer products, automotive, food and beverage, media and entertainment, technology, telecommunications, and sports.
Stephanie regularly advises clients on sponsorship agreements, promotions, advertising clearance/claim substantiation, social media and user-generated content. She also negotiates artist, vendor, sponsorship, venue, broadcasting and other commercial agreements. In addition, Stephanie has experience litigating both antitrust and IP disputes.
Stephanie maintains an active pro bono practice. She assists indigent Spanish-speaking individuals and families in obtaining immigration visas and provides representation at IEP school meetings.
