Ashley Van Leer is an intellectual property attorney with a primary focus on U.S. and international trademark matters. Ashley’s experience includes management of U.S. and foreign trademark portfolios, assisting clients in the clearance, filing, prosecution and maintenance of U.S. and international trademarks, as well as developing brand protection and enforcement strategies for clients.
Her experience in managing and maintaining client trademark portfolios spans from start-ups to major retailers in several different industry sectors, including the food, beverage, dietary supplement and retail industries.
Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Ashley worked for the City of Chicago as Counsel on the Committee on Workforce Development & Audit in the office of former Alderman Patrick J. O’Connor.
