Anastasia Slivker is a transactional lawyer focusing on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, growth equity and general corporate matters. She advises clients, including investment companies and operating businesses, on structuring, strategy, complex joint ventures, corporate governance and executive compensation for business in various stages, ranging from early and growth stages to established enterprise businesses.
With clients spanning many industries, she has experience in the energy, renewables, hospitality, consumer goods, retail, health care, technology, education, mining, business services and gaming sectors.
In addition to her subject-matter expertise, Anastasia has developed a unique niche assisting companies from Russian-speaking countries in their U.S. investments, cross-border and in-bound transactions. As native of St. Petersburg, Russia, she has a strong understanding of her foreign clients’ culture and needs when it comes to their U.S. business.
