Marriam Shah maintains a broad litigation practice, with an emphasis on commercial business, intellectual property and entertainment litigation. She has experience representing clients in state and federal court litigation matters and regulatory investigations, including drafting dispositive motions, discovery requests, settlement agreements, and trial and appellate briefs. She also has counseled clients on changes to local and international privacy laws and its impact on client business.
