Overview

Paul Severin’s practice includes commercial finance, general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities matters. A major portion of Paul’s practice consists of the representation of financial institutions in secured and unsecured lending and finance transactions, including securities-based lending, asset-based lending, derivatives, private equity and hedge fund transactions. Paul also has extensive experience handling mergers and acquisitions, private placements, venture capital transactions, joint ventures and general corporate representation of clients in a variety of day–to-day matters. Additionally, he advises with respect to broker-dealer and other related regulatory matters.

Paul’s clients range from established and major multi-national financial institutions and public companies to start-up companies and individuals.
