Overview

Michael Segal maintains a broad litigation practice, with an emphasis on commercial business, securities litigation and enforcement, consumer class actions and regulatory defense, white collar criminal defense and investigations, and real estate litigation.

Prior to joining Loeb, Michael served in the United States Air Force as an F-15 pilot in numerous leadership positions, and currently serves in the United States Air Force Reserve as the Director of Operations for the 701st Combat Operations Squadron, Detachment 1 at Hickam Air Base, Hawaii. During law school, he served as a legal intern to the Honorable Judge Ronald S.W. Lew in the Central District of California and at the United States Securities and Exchange Commission while working towards a law degree with an emphasis in business law.
