Keli concentrates on prosecution, maintenance and protection of trademarks worldwide.
Her experience includes handling all aspects of U.S. trademark prosecution and maintenance with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, as well as maintaining, docketing, preparing and filing applications, related documents and post registration documents.
Keli also regularly conducts trademark screening searches and analyzes results with respect to the availability of marks for use and/or registration. She coordinates and monitors the filing and maintenance of international trademark applications and registrations, including maintaining files, docketing, reviewing correspondence from foreign counsel, drafting responses, and gathering and providing foreign counsel with information/documentation necessary to prosecute/maintain trademark applications and registrations.
