Overview

Jean Patrick “JP” Raynal advises on a broad range of complex real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, development, and management of office, multifamily, retail, and mixed-used properties; commercial mortgage, mezzanine, and construction financing; acquisition of distressed debt; and joint ventures and restructurings. Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, JP gained corporate global immigration experience representing a variety of companies in various industries, such as, finance, technology, consumer and industrial products, energy, software, and pharmaceuticals.

Prior to law school, JP worked full-time as a real estate and landlord-tenant paralegal. JP’s Law Review note on biometric data privacy was published in Volume 48.1 of the Hofstra Law Review and JP is also an Eagle Scout.
