Julie J. Olenn concentrates her practice on wealth transfer planning and trust and estate administration, including estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.
Julie has extensive experience advising domestic and international high net worth clients on estate, gift and GST tax matters affecting multi-generational wealth transfer planning and trust administration. Her prior experience as tax counsel for a national trust company gives Julie particular insight into tax considerations from a fiduciary perspective and successful long-term trust design. She regularly counsels individuals and fiduciaries on matters such as qualified severances, private letter ruling requests and trust modifications.
