Elizabeth Mak focuses her practice on estate planning and wealth management for high net worth individuals and families. She works closely with clients to identify and achieve their unique estate planning goals. Her clients include entrepreneurs and founders, principals at venture capital and private equity firms, corporate executives, and other professionals. She has experience preparing a wide range of estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), insurance trusts, annual exclusion (Crummey) trusts, generation skipping tax (GST) trusts, charitable trusts, health care proxies and durable powers of attorney.
