Jada Lee advises private and public companies and financial institutions on a wide range of complex corporate, commercial and finance transactions both domestically and internationally. Her practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, oil and energy investments, joint ventures, debt capital market transactions, initial public offerings, corporate reorganizations, project finance, and secured and unsecured lending.
Strategic in her approach, Jada has served as the lead attorney on numerous corporate finance transactions and international capital markets transactions, including bilateral and syndicated secured loans and issuances of Eurobonds, convertible bonds and dim sum bonds. Jada has experience managing all phases of complex cross-border energy deals, including capital raising by an initial public offering, acquisition of equity interest and oil assets, and pledge of security interests, while concurrently handling ancillary regulatory, financing and hedging issues.
Throughout her career, Jada has also counseled major Korean securities firms and banks on Securities Finance Commission license and regulatory matters as well as Hong Kong Monetary Authority banking license and regulatory matters.
