Cherice Landers maintains a diverse corporate practice with an emphasis on finance transactions. She has experience representing lenders and borrowers in connection with unsecured and secured lending transactions. In addition, Cherice advises her clients on the acquisition and debt and tax equity financing of wind and solar energy projects.
In addition to her practice, Cherice serves as co-chair of Loeb & Loeb’s Attorneys of Color and Ethnic Diversity Affinity Group.
