Overview

Alexis Hall focuses her practice in the areas of technology, media, advertising and data privacy. She has experience drafting and negotiating licensing and technology agreements, as well as drafting and advising on all types of commercial matters, including professional services agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, statements of work and software-as-a-service agreements, among others. Alexis also advises clients on M&A matters and the development of corporate policies, contract templates and other materials.

Alexis is admitted to the bar of Georgia; her application for admission in the District of Columbia is pending. She is practicing under the direct supervision of an enrolled, active member of the District of Columbia Bar.
