William Grosswendt represents clients in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts from pre-litigation counselling to trial. These cases have covered a broad range of issues, including trade secret misappropriation, contract disputes, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, and employee mobility. He also represents companies in government and internal investigations.
William has also worked on a variety of pro bono matters, including representation of individuals and families facing eviction, an unaccompanied minor seeking asylum in the United States, and individuals seeking a domestic violence injunction.
Outside of work, William is an avid reader and welcomes book recommendations. Apart from reading, he enjoys playing tennis and following the NBA.
