Overview

David Goldstein focuses his practice on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, lending, borrowing, preferred equity, joint ventures, and distressed debt. He has experience drafting and negotiating loan documents, loan sale agreements, purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, “deed-in-lieu of foreclosure” agreements, entity organizational documents, and other transactional documents. David also conducts due diligence in connection with proposed transactions.
