Overview

Laurel Gerard is a paralegal in the firm’s Trust & Estates practice. Laurel comes to Loeb & Loeb with significant experience working on tax matters at all stages, including IRS examinations, IRS appeals, post-appeals mediation and litigation. Laurel has experience with estate planning, probate, and trust and estate administration. She has assisted with the formation of tax-exempt organizations, including drafting and submitting filings to the IRS and state authorities.

Laurel is a Certified Notary for the State of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
