Leaning on his former role as senior director and senior legal counsel at Charter Communications, Ed brings deep experience handling regulatory compliance and privacy, distribution, sales, social media, loyalty programs, promotions, sponsorships and intellectual property matters. He has drafted, reviewed and negotiated a wide variety of agreements, including advertising, licensing, distribution, vendor, ecommerce, talent, marketing, consulting, services, sales, sponsorships and technology agreements.
