Kristofer Ekdahl focuses his practice on data breach response, data security and U.S. consumer privacy law, as well as negotiating commercial agreements. He counsels clients across several industries, including food and beverage, agriculture, media and entertainment, retail, consumer products, technology and telecommunications.
He has worked with clients to investigate data incidents and bring privacy disclosures and protocols in line with U.S. and international law, including the CCPA and GDPR. Kristofer has experience drafting and negotiating technology services, sponsorship, licensing, influencer, vendor and other commercial agreements. In addition, he reviews trademarks and conducts privacy due diligence involving mergers and acquisitions.
