Andrew Degner maintains a diverse litigation practice, representing clients in federal and state civil litigation and arbitration matters, including breach of contract, infringement, fraud, unfair competition, and other business, entertainment and intellectual property disputes. He has represented numerous high-profile clients in actions concerning hundreds of millions of dollars and necessitating extensive discovery and detailed motion practice.
Andrew's experience includes prosecuting and defending commercial business disputes, analyzing business and entertainment contracts, negotiating settlement agreements, and assisting clients in navigating the boundaries of business, entertainment and digital content matters.
Earlier in his career, Andrew worked as part of Microsoft’s Legal and Corporate Affairs Group, handling the application of law and policy to the technology company’s business practices.
