Overview
Aleson Clarke focuses her practice on intellectual property law in the areas of technology, new media, entertainment and consumer goods. Aleson advises clients on intellectual property and contractual matters, covering the areas of domestic and foreign trademark counseling, licensing, and online brand protection. She assists clients in selecting and clearing marks and creating and implementing trademark prosecution programs for several high profile companies in the United States and around the world.
