Overview

David Christy maintains a broad transactional practice, with a particular focus on finance and corporate matters. He has significant experience with secured lending and securitization matters, as well as cross-border private placements, some of which involved more than thirty investors.

In the corporate space, David counsels clients in connection with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, corporate formations and corporate governance issues.  

David is committed to pro bono representation. He has represented individuals seeking special immigrant juvenile status, as well as an individual seeking clemency through the Clemency Project 2014.
