Cam Caldwell's practice focuses on entertainment law, intellectual property and corporate structure and organization. He advises and counsels a wide array of clients, including recording artists, songwriters, producers, managers, music publishers, record labels, artist development companies, booking agencies, television production companies and other entertainment-related businesses. Cam represents both talent and institutional clients on various transactional matters, ranging from music catalog valuations and sales/acquisitions, joint-venture and partnership agreements, to publishing, recording, talent and distribution agreements. He has negotiated numerous employment contracts for music industry executives and professionals, and helped his institutional clients navigate HR and employment law issues as they arise in the workplace. Cam also has significant experience litigating employment law violations and copyright infringement claims, and assists clients with the resolution of contractual and legal disputes.
