Joseph Bini focuses his practice on representations of banks, institutional investors, sponsors and borrowers in syndicated and single lender complex debt financing transactions. His work regularly involves secured and unsecured asset-based lending facilities, real estate secured loans, construction loans, including for solar power plant and senior assisted living facility projects, and acquisition finance.
Prior to starting his private practice, Joseph interned at a globally recognized tax firm where he conducted research on tax aspects of corporate restructurings, tax controversies and other domestic and international tax issues.
