Overview

Ethan Back maintains a broad corporate practice, with a focus on capital markets, finance and securities matters. He has experience representing issuers and financial institutions in Rule 144A and Regulation S debt offerings, as well as drafting and negotiating all transaction-related documents, including offering documents, indentures and purchase and underwriting agreements. Ethan has also advised sponsors and corporate borrowers on bilateral and syndicated loans and general corporate matters.

Outside of the corporate arena, Ethan has maintained a pro bono practice, assisting pro bono clients with nonprofit formation, conducting research and drafting shadow reports on human rights violations, and representing victims of human trafficking.

During law school, Ethan was a legal intern at the National Basketball Association.
