Overview

Lyndsi Allsop is a commercial litigator with diverse experience in federal and state courts. She has worked on cases involving agency & partnership, corporations, international arbitration, breach of contract, commercial leasing, copyright infringement, First Amendment violations, and civil rights violations. Lyndsi also has experience handling matters pertaining to negotiation and mediation with a specific emphasis on ombudsmen and public advocates.

Prior to joining Loeb, Lyndsi was a legal intern for Dejusticia, a Colombia-based human rights group, where she worked with the organization’s Transitional Justice team as part of their campaign to promote a peace agreement for the Colombian civil war.
