Loeb & Loeb LLP is proud to sponsor the upcoming Building Owners and Managers Association of Greater Los Angeles (BOMA/GLA) seminar titled "Moving Beyond Basic Green: Understanding Energy Tracking, Technology, and the Regulatory Environment."
From the program website:
Commercial property owners have been increasingly aware of their building’s energy consumption and “carbon footprint” over the last 15 years. Whether through attainment of a LEED standard or other systems of tracking building data, owners have successfully tackled many challenges in making their building more efficient.
What must owners know now to address the more challenging issues, to make their properties more efficient and streamlined in operations? Our three panels will identify some of the most important issues in energy and water efficiency, including data tracking strategies, technologies to connect financing and operations, and changes in the environmental and energy regulatory environment.
For more information, including how to register, please see the BOMA/GLA website.
