Mitch Nussbaum, Vice Chair of Loeb & Loeb and Co-Chair of the firm’s Capital Markets & Corporate department, discussed the close-knit and cohesive teams that are best suited for the client’s needs. “Internally, we are a cohesive team that’s collegial, works together and our teams have been together for a very long time. When you’re a cohesive team that have worked together for a long time, the client senses it and they know that this is a really close-knit, well-oiled machine that’s working for them,” Mitch said. Throughout the years, the firm has received great feedback regarding its partners, who have stayed together, worked together and have known each other for a very long time. “Externally, it means that we’re close to our clients. There’s little gap between us and our clients, so we can better understand their needs and work more like a true partnership,” Mitch added.
