Loeb & Loeb Named Among the Top Five Busiest Copyright Practices for 2008

Loeb & Loeb’s Trademarks and Copyrights practice was named the 5th busiest copyright practice in the United States in a survey compiled by the 2009 Law360 Litigation Almanac. The results reflect the number of copyright cases taken on by firms across the country in 2008, as well as the number of attorneys in each copyright practice.

On the heels of being named “U.S. Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year – West” by Managing Intellectual Property magazine, Loeb’s Trademarks and Copyrights practice is widely recognized for excellence. In 2008, we continued to grow and invest in our intellectual property practice by adding partner Tamara Carmichael (Trademarks & Copyrights).
