Successfully handled proceedings in the trial court and on appeal for the Trustees of the William Randolph Hearst Trust upholding the applicability of Mr. Hearst's no contest clause in the face of threatened challenges sought to be instituted by certain beneficiaries of the Trust. As a result of the decision of the Court of Appeal, the beneficiaries abandoned any notion of mounting the challenges.
