Represented Lana Jewelry, a custom jewelry designer, in connection with a suit against another jewelry manufacturer, Midas Chain, for infringing on Lana’s trade dress and state-law deceptive practices regarding their “Blake Necklace” design. Lana’s unique design was featured in the movie “The Other Woman” starring Cameron Diaz. Loeb & Loeb defeated defendant’s motion to dismiss and the action settled on favorable terms with a consent order.
