The firm’s Veterans Assistance Project team, which provides pro bono counsel to veterans of the U.S. Armed Forces who are seeking disability benefits from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), achieved an important victory on behalf of an Army Special Operations Veteran suffering from Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Our team assisted the client in obtaining a 100 percent disability rating after VA had previously denied the client’s attempts to obtain benefits on multiple occasions.
