Overview
Tahra Wright's practice focuses primarily on representing public companies with respect to securities and corporate law matters. She has experience representing companies in connection with private and public offerings of securities, PIPEs and reverse mergers. Tahra also assists clients with registration statements, their reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and corporate governance issues, as well as compliance with the requirements of various exchanges, including NYSE, NASDAQ and AMEX.
