Overview

Stanford Rubin’s practice centers on estate and tax planning and trust and probate administration matters for individuals of substantial net worth. His experience involves all aspects of important art collections, including securing appraisals acceptable to the Internal Revenue Service, verifying authenticity and the preparation and filing of estate tax returns. He also defends valuation positions on audits and arranges for the disposition of collections, which may involve negotiations with major auction houses.
