Overview

Kristin Bacchus brings a strategic mindset to the drafting and negotiation of complex corporate financing transactions and commercial agreements for clients in the U.S. and abroad. 

She has extensive experience representing private equity sponsors, investment funds, corporate and individual borrowers, and lending institutions in domestic and cross-border transactions, including secured and unsecured financings, restructurings, leveraged buyouts, bridge financings and subscription facilities. In addition, Kristin has advised financial institutions and commercial borrowers in connection with syndicated credit facilities, acquisition loans, bridge loans, asset-based loans and energy loans.

Kristin’s corporate experience includes advising public and private companies and strategic and private equity investors in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures and governance issues. She has worked with clients across a broad range of industries, from energy (oil, gas and coal) to communications.
