PDF Binder

The PDF Binder tool allows users to download select information about our firm, professionals and capabilities. The information may be exported to a PDF, which can be printed, or sent via an email that includes a set of links.

To add a page to your customized binder, select "Add to Binder" at the top of any page. You may select as many pages as you would like to export or email. Once you have compiled your binder, please click on the binder icon, which will show you how many items you have selected. You may then choose to export the information or email the set of links.

Erin maintains a litigation and transactional practice focusing on labor and employment matters, including litigation of employment disputes, negotiation of agreements, and employment advice and policy creation. Her practice includes:

  • Representation of employers in single-plaintiff, class and representative actions involving claims for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unpaid compensation 
  • Advice and counsel to employers regarding hiring and termination decisions, litigation avoidance, reasonable accommodations, employment policies and employee mobility issues
  • Representation of employers and executives in the negotiation and preparation of employment and severance agreements 
  • Advice and counsel regarding restrictive covenants, proprietary rights, indemnification, compensation and tax matters
  • Employment-related acquisition diligence
  • Creation of employment policies, including anti-harassment policies, substance abuse policies, mandatory arbitration policies, social media policies, wage and hour policies, affirmative action plans, diversity initiatives, background check policies, confidentiality and conflict of interest policies, codes of conduct and codes of ethics for public and privately held companies
  • Presentation of harassment awareness and workplace sensitivity seminars for mid-size and large employers, as well as for attorneys receiving continuing legal education credit
  • Investigations and investigation-related counseling
  • Representation of employers in administrative agency investigations and hearings before the Department of Labor, Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Employment Development Department, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and Division of Labor Standards Enforcement
  • Advice regarding mass layoffs and WARN Act compliance
