Overview

Daniel Yarmish concentrates his practice on estate planning for individuals and families across the wealth spectrum and on the administration of estates and trusts. His practice extends to all facets of estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning and encompasses multi-jurisdictional and international matters. Daniel has expertise in formulating and implementing sophisticated estate planning techniques. He also advises clients with regard to their charitable giving objectives and has experience establishing private foundations. Daniel has represented fiduciaries, including individuals and trust companies, in general advisory matters as well as in contested matters.
